Antigua: No bail for Liberta murder pair
Two men accused of killing Charlesworth Richards Jr
The pair accused of killing Charlesworth Richards Jr last June have made their first court appearance earlier this week.
Dorian Marshall and Shalom Bailey came before magistrate Ngaio Emanuel, and will return to his court again in March to find out whether the indictment against them will end up in the High Court.
The duo did not plead innocent or guilty during this appearance, and bail was not granted.

Shalom Bailey.[/caption]This is due to the fact that the court does not have the power to grant it – but also because they are already on remand for the killing of Xavier Thomas.
The 20-year-old was killed during a drive-by shooting.
This latest court appearance relates to the death of 42-year-old Liberta resident Richards in Ras Freeman on 21 June.
