St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party expressed gratitude after youth made a massive turnout at their recent block party in Basseterre. The oldest party of the federation released a note on their Facebook page.

The release by St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party added that the youth of the country have their eyes open & they are listening.

"They are seeing and hearing of the confusion and the fight for power amongst the Team Unity Government. The young people now realize which party is for the young, old and in between. They have chosen their side, and the side is St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party,".

"A party with one leader, one vision, one voice! A party that puts young people at the forefront & creates avenues for them to develop and showcase their skills & talents. A party with long-term, as well as short-term goals that benefit each and everyone, regardless of race, colour, creed, political affiliation or nationality," the press release further added.

Besides this, St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party asked all youngsters to stand up for their political party.

"Young people, stand UP for your party, Young people, stand WITH your party! Young people, support your party, Now more than ever, it is time to become active and rally with the St.Kitts-Nevis Labour Party as we work towards victory in the next general election,".

St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party has increased their political presence as governing Team Unity is undergoing a political turmoil. It also launched two new candidates for constituency number 2 and constituency number 4 respectively.

SKNLP launched Marsha Henderson for constituency number 02 and Samal Duggins for constituency number 04.
