US popstar Demi Lovato has been rushed to hospital after a suspected heroin overdose, according to reports coming from US media outlets.
Law enforcement sources have told TMZ that the singer has been taken to a Los Angeles hospital.
They say she is currently being treated, but that her condition is unknown.
Demi, 25, has fought addiction and substance abuse for years, and has been open about her battles and her stint in rehab.
For a while, the star lived in a sober living home after being released from a treatment centre.
The singer recently announced that her six-year sobriety had lapsed.
According to US health officials, 115 Americans die from an opioid overdose every day with more than 250,000 Americans dying over the past decade.
