The Work In Nature (WIN) Extended Stay Visa Programme allows people to relocate to Dominica with family and work remotely for up to 18 months. The island's pristine natural environment gives a joyous and adventurous experience that people usually dream about.

The handling of the COVID-19 pandemic in Dominica has been exemplary. The WIN initiative aims to make "work from home" more exciting and bring people closer to nature.

Director of Tourism and CEO of Discover Dominica Authority Colin Piper stated that the WIN Programme of Dominica is the leading remote work programme in the Caribbean. He said it is also helping boost tourism of Dominica and helping rebuild the economy.

Piper stated that with the WIN Programme, Dominica is receiving longer stay visitors.
Dominica is known as the "Nature Island" because of its lush tropical rain forests, beaches, waterfalls, and freshwater lakes. The country's breathtaking natural beauty might be a life-changing experience for individuals who are doing their "work from home" obligations while sitting in their rooms under lockdown.

Who can apply for "Work in Nature Programme"?
- The applicant must be 18 years old
- The applicant must be of good character, without a criminal record
- The applicant must have the means to support their other family members during their extended stay in Dominica
- The spouse or partner of the main applicant
- Main applicant's children or stepchildren under the age of 18 years
- Any other relative who is, by reason of age or any decrepitude of body or mind, wholly dependent on the applicant for his/her subsistence
