Brian Joseph of Dominica giving excellent performance at league cricket in England
A cricketer from Dominica has done an excellent performance in league cricket tournaments taking place in England. Cricketer Brian Joseph is a native of Marigot village.
He is currently in England participating in league cricket; Joseph's participation in the leagues is made possible through the efforts of former Dominica and West Indies off-spinner Shane Shillingford.
22-year-old Brian represented Dominica at the various age group Levels, under 13, under 15 and under 19; he has also represented the Windward Islands at the youth level.He recently took seven wickets in an innings, including a hattrick. The Ministry of Sports supported the young cricketer financially on this venture. The authorities in Dominica also sent greetings to Brian and congratulated him for his exceptional performance.
Brian was earlier part of Dominica's national team and had been playing cricket for over ten years. People recognize him as a promising young cricketer who represented Dominica and the Windward Islands for Under 13.
