The way Dominica comes back since hurricane is very encouraging : Donnie McClurkin
Monday, 25th November 2019

PM Roosevelt Skerrit thank Pastor McClurkin for his words of wisdom and encouragement. Donnie McClurkin has long been a friend of Dominica, and this was especially evident after Hurricane Maria when he mobilised relief supplies and support for us after Dominica lost everything.
"Donnie McClurkin said that "the way Dominica comes back since Hurricane Maria is very encouraging ". "The people of Dominica did not have a place to live, but now every Dominican live in the house for free", he added.
According to him, change has not happened overnight. Change is something purposely brought about by the people who love their country. He also noted that "remember change is not you can build, change is something that has to happen by the heart of the people and mind of the people to build and rebuild".
"You can argue political philosophy all day long, but you can argue with the change you can actually see and when you see that, that remarks what's the best for the country. You always have opposing factors but what you need to know is the people od Dominica id more important". said by McClurkin.
"I am proud that his assessment of our country has filled with praise, and it underlines the fact that this country's hard work is indeed paying off. Let us continue on this trajectory", PM Skerrit.
