WATCH: St Kitts and Nevis sign visa waiver agreement with Russia

Mark Brantley, St Kitts and Nevis’ foreign minister, signs a visa waiver agreement with his Russian counterpart, Serguey Lavrov.
The agreement allows citizens from either country to travel for up to 90 days to travel to each nation without needing a visa.
The waiver is due to take effect in November 2017.
