Multiple masked gunmen entered a grocery store

Police in St Lucia are investigating the shooting of a baker in Beausejour, Gros Islet, according to reports.
WIC News understands the incident occurred in the early afternoon on Tuesday.Local media states that three masked gunmen entered the grocery store and bakery then demanded money from the cashier.
The exact amount taken has not been confirmed by St Lucia News Online reports that it was “not much”.During the crime a young baker was shot in the back.
“The bullet is still logged there [in his back] but [he] was sent home and was asked to return to see the surgeon,” a source told St Lucia News Online.
It is unclear how many other people were in the store at that time.
Police are investigating, although the Royal St Lucia Police Force have not responded to requests for information.
