St Kitts and Nevis police looking into ‘shooting incident’
One man admitted to hospital

Police on the island of St Kitts are investigating a shooting incident that reportedly took place in the Shadwell Estate area.
One person was injured when shots were fire just after 8pm on Monday, 18 September.
“Police were notified of a young man seeking medical treatment at the JNF Hospital suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot injuries to his upper body,” a statement from the St Christopher and Nevis Police Force said.
Crime scene officers attended the scene and conducted an on-scene investigation to gather forensic evidence.
Investigation into the matter continues, the force added.
