Saint Lucia celebrates inaugural flight of Air Adelphi
Saint Lucia Tourism Authority celebrated the inaugural flight of Air Adelphi to George FL Charles Airport on April 15, 2024

The officials from the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority celebrated the inaugural flight of Air Adelphi to George FL Charles Airport on April 15, 2024. The officials were joined by Industry Partners from SLASPA at the airport to mark the significant milestone that enhances regional connectivity.
The beginning of this major service to Saint Lucia is at the right time with the island all set to host a number of major events. These include the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival, ICC Men's T20 World Cup, Saint Lucia Carnival as well as the Caribbean Premier League.
According to the information, Air Adelphi will offer services through charter flights that will link three major destinations in the Caribbean, including St Vincent, Saint Lucia, and Martinique. The airline will provide service thrice a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
The flight was welcomed by officials from the Ministry which included the President of the Saint Lucia Hospitality & Tourism Association, Paul Collymore, Airport Manager, Hassani Neptune, Chair of SLTA's Airlift Committee, Mario Reyes, Research and Planning Manager, Mario Reyes and Public Relations Manager, Geraine Georges.
While welcoming the flight, President Collymore said that the expansion of regional connections by Air Adelphi is a huge milestone for the three destinations especially for Saint Lucia as Martinique is a major tourism market for the island.
Meanwhile, the Captain of the flight Nigel Morton and first officer Simon Reyes were also honoured with the commemorative plaque on behalf of Air Adelphi.

The schedule of the new service by Air Adelphi connecting St Vincent, Saint Lucia, and Martinique is as follows:
The flight will leave from Kingstown, St Vincent, at 7 3- am and will arrive in Castries, Saint Lucia, at 7 55 am The flight will depart from Castries, Saint Lucia, at 8 15 am and will arrive in Fort de France, Martinique, at 8 30 am The subsequent flight will depart Fort de France, Martinique, at 9 am and will arrive in Saint Lucia at 9 15 am The same flight will leave Saint Lucia at 9 30 am and will reach Kingstown, St Vincent at 9 55 amLatest
