The upcoming resort will comprise 10 villas and 15 condominiums built in between a lush, green area perfect for visitors seeking a peaceful vacation.
As of now, the company has 108 luxury hotels and resorts across 30 countries in the world and this expansion in the twin island nation will mark a significant milestone.

While making the announcement through a press release, Ritz Carlton said that they are delighted to be working with the government of St Kitts and Nevis and added that Ritz Carlton is continuously expanding in the Caribbean region.The press release also stated that the brand was excited to bring the legendary resort brand to this exclusive destination in the Caribbean.
In addition to this, the Global Brand Leader for The Ritz Carlton also said that the company was thrilled to bring the luxurious resort to the stunning island of St Kitts and is happy to have found the right opportunity to do so.
He added that this partnership will help meet the increased demand for luxury travel offerings on St Kitts and outlined, “We look forward to welcoming visitors to experience The Ritz Carlton’s legendary service set against such a breathtaking backdrop.”
It is to be noted that this will be second resort development project announced for St Kitts during the last two months. The first resort named Indigo broke ground on its latest resort at Potato Bay, Frigate Bay, St Kitts in January 2024. The hotel is the first new hotel project on the island in over nine years.Hotel development is back after a long drought in the sector on the island of St Kitts. Tourism development is a pillar on which continued growth is expected in St Kitts in the coming years.
