Montreal Management Consultants Est (MMCE) announced a new housing initiative for the island, which will see 400 additional residential units for Roseau and Picard.
MMCE was responsible for the construction of the 340 residential units in Bellevue to re-home the inhabitants of Petite Savanne who were displaced following the passage of Tropical Storm Erika in 2015.
Hurricane Maria recovery efforts are ongoing, but more than 90% of the island is still without electricity.
At the end of November, WIC News reported "steady progress" was being made to ensure tourist attractions across the island could be reopened.Author Profile
