Leader of the House Camille Robinson- Regis stated in a press release that advisors to the Opposition leader lack basic knowledge of functions of parliament house.
Camille Robinson stated that Kamla Persad's advisors are not connected to reality and lack every knowledge of the parliament of Trinidad and Tobago.

"The Leader of the House would like to assist the Opposition Leader’s foggy recollection and to remind her that in the 11th parliament there were:-876 oral questions on notice,166 written questions, 632 urgent questions and 514 Prime Ministers Questions all of which were answered by the government" added Leader of the House Camille Robinson.
Also read: Trinidad and Tobago receives 33,600 doses of vaccine from COVAXShe stated that 37 matters were raised and allowed for debate on the adjournment while 101 Committees including Joint Select Committees and Sessional Committees of the Parliament, several chaired by the Opposition that held a total of 652 meetings, where opposition MP’s had ample time to let their voices be heard.
Furthermore, Leader of the House Camille Robinson also stated that on the 12th sitting of parliament there have been 136 questions on notice, 35 urgent questions and 28 Prime Ministers Questions, 8 matters were raised and allowed for debate on the adjournment while 25 Committees including Joint Select Committee and SessionalCommittees of the Parliament several chaired by the Opposition, that have held a total of 99 meetings.
