After Al-Jazeera telecasted a documentary on the alleged 'Diplomat Scandal' of the Caribbean, former Prime Minister of Commonwealth of Dominica Oliver Seraphine's audio message went viral.
In this audio message, Oliver Seraphine denied having any relationship with the current Prime Minister and DLP leader Dr Roosvelt Skerrit. As per Oliver, he now has some different political viewpoints and is free to speak as he likes. Oliver questioned about the release date of the documentary and called it a mere campaign against the current government.

Oliver said that he was not having any direct conversation with Al-Jazeera, but he was talking to one of his friend with whom he shared an individual friendship years ago.
"I was talking freely because he was my friend Leo Ford. He was asking me about the campaign money, and I was explaining it to him. However, it was nothing like how the media organisation shows it."
"I go around the islands, and I deal with investors, I promote the projects, and that is what I do for a living," added Seraphine.
Nevertheless, Oliver added that he no longer has any interest or involvement in the politics of Dominica, and at this particular time, he has his own opinions about things.
Former Prime Minister blamed Al-Jazeera for moulding the conversation to create propaganda for coming general elections on the Island.
