HBO fans in the Caribbean are now able to access HBO Latin America through Apple TV.
From yesterday, users of the digital media player and microconsole can get HBO GO, which is usually only available in the region as part of the HBO/MAX premium subscription package.
It was also previously a standalone service in The Bahamas, Barbados, Guyana, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago.
According to the company, the app features over 2,500 exclusive titles and doesn’t sow any adverts.
“The platform includes the best of Hollywood’s box office before any other subscription service, full seasons of HBO original productions – such as The Wire, The Sopranos, Six Feet Under and Game of Thrones – and a complete collection of international and independent movies,” said HBO Latin America.
“It also offers the option to live stream the HBO linear channel anytime, anywhere.”
HBO GO can be accessed on any mobile device with iOS 7.1+ (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) or Android (OS 4.0+) operating systems, and at www.hbogoca.com.
HBO can also be watched on televisions with Chromecast.
