In Syrian government air raids on the rebel, as many as ten civilians have been killed, according to rescue workers in opposition-held areas.
The White Helmets (Syrian Civil Defence) said the raids focused two separate vegetable markets in the towns of Maaret al-Numan and Saraqeb on Monday.

According to Ahmed Sheikho, a spokesperson for the civil defence at least nine people have been killed in Maaret al-Numaan and death of a person is reported from Saraqeb.
He added that as many as 18 others were injured in attacks -13 in Saraqeb and five in Maaret al-Numaan.
"Warplanes belonging to Assad's forces targeted the market in Saraqeb first at around 9 am [07:00 GMT]," said Sheikho.
"A while later, at around 10:30 am, the second round of attacks struck the market in Maaret al-Numan, resulting in casualties and material damages as well," he said.
There was no immediate mention of the air raids on Syrian state media.
The attacks came at a time when the markets were at their "busiest", the Civil Defence said in a Twitter post.
Rescue operations are ongoing in both the areas added Sheikho.
