Trinidad and Tobago: A track-star, Jereem Richards wins gold medal by powering his way to the Puma Men’s 200m title at the USATF (USA Track & Field) Bermuda Grand Prix on Sunday. During the race, he ran out of lane 6 in the final, successfully completing the race ahead of others. Along with gold medal, silver and bronze as well are given to the track-stars who are from USA and Nigeria, names to them are as follows:

Matthew Boiling; and
Nigeria’s Udodi Chudi Onwuzurike

Jereem Richards got the victory with the difference of very few seconds as at the time, he completed the race in 20.39 seconds. However, the silver medal holder, Matthew Boiling finished in 20.42 seconds. This reveals, just with the difference of three seconds, he brought the laurel to his country. Followed by them, the silver medal holder had the race completion time as 20.61 seconds. Considerably, Jereem Richards is a renowned track and field sprinter from Trinidad and Tobago who specializes in the 200 and 400 meters race. The pride his achievements have brought to the country are remarkable. From 2017, he has constantly been making the country proud with the victories. The year 2017 became a breakout season for Richards as he won the national 200 meters title in completing it in just 20.15 seconds. This achievement provided him with the opportunity to compete at the London World Championships, where he won the gold medal. In 2021, he won third place in the semi finals of 2020 Summer Olympics which were held in 2021 in Tokyo. He has been giving remarkable cheers to the victories. Further, in 2022, he added a gold medal to all his achievements by winning the men's 400 meters race at the World Indoor Championships held in Belgrade.
