In a big expose of opposition leader and United Workers Party chief Lennox Linton’s signed document surfaced promising diplomatic passport to a businessman in exchange of $400,000 USD for the upcoming election campaign. Surprisingly, the opposition leader is over-confident that he is already making corrupt promises to the people before even becoming the Prime Minister of Dominica. When Current Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit declined to appoint ambassador, former PM Oliver Seraphine assured the diplomatic passport aspirant that Lennox Linton will get you one at $400,000 USD.

The video shows that former Prime Minister of Dominica Oliver Seraphine said that if we offer the opposition party a donation, they will appoint our candidate as an ambassador if they win the elections. Later, Oliver calls opposition party lawyer David Bruney, who confirms that its an easy access to opposition leader through him and he’s speaking on his behalf.
Further, Bruney says “Opposition now really requires funding, make no mistake we are moving along, but as all things financial contribution is required.” He also said that Oliver is very comfortable with him and the party leader (Lennox Linton) is very comfortable with me (Bruney).
“I would suggest that the Panama dollar matter, they’d prefer not to discuss it on the phone. They believe that there’s lots of hackers and so on.” Seraphine added.
The deal was struck at 50% advance of $400,000 for a diplomatic passport which is $200,000 and rest will be paid after Linton is elected to the power. “The funds are needed very urgently as T-shirts, vehicles, PA systems and various supplies. Both Seraphine and opposition Lawyer Bruney sends their bank account details to the international organisation’s sting team.
“The funds will be declared as humanitarian donations for Dominica.”
