Airport authorities have found millions of dollars worth of cocaine on a Caribbean Airlines flight at the Miami International Airport. As per reports, the officials seized 6.5KG cocaine on board a flight from Trinidad and Tobago for Miami.

Reportedly, a massive amount of cocaine was discovered in the baggage carrier area. The matter is being investigated by Law Enforcement Miami, United States of America. The market value of 6.5KG cocaine is more than USD 7,60,000.

After a four-hour routine flight from Trinidad and Tobago on August 10, Caribbean Airlines Boeing 737-800 arrived in Miami at 11:32 local time. The plane landed 20-minutes before its scheduled arrival time and then departed over a later it's listed timing, which made the discovery possible.

The Law Enforcement is yet to make any arrests in the incident, and the plane has been given clearance to resume its operations.

The Caribbean Airlines refused to give any additional information and said the Law Enforcement officials are already on it and will find the culprit. The aircraft has resumed its regular operations with no further delay.

The drug cartels in Trinidad and Tobago are now highly active in recent days. The Trinidad and Tobago Police is making new seizes regularly. Just a few days back, Cocaine and Marijuana worth $65 million were seized by the police; however, no person was arrested in the case.

In some cases, drug cartels are flaunting their logos. One such is an Ace of Spade cartel whose symbols were recently seen on cocaine bags captured by police.

The highly active drug cartels could have an association with recent cocaine discovery on a Caribbean Airlines flight from Trinidad and Tobago to Miami.

Trinidad and Tobago is becoming highly active with new drug consignments getting captured by police. However, the police has not succeeded in finding the bigger players.
