Watch the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Timothy Harris, address the federation ahead of the passage of Hurricane Maria.
Earlier today Elmo Burke, senior meteorological officer at St Kitts Meteorological Office, said that Hurricane Maria is expected to pass “uncomfortably close” to St Kitts and Nevis.
