PM Dr. Roosevelt Skerrit to address diaspora in Barbados on 31st October

Prime Minister will address the Dominican diaspora on Thursday 31st October at 7 pm in Block Rock Cultural Centre, Barbados.

As the general elections of the Commonwealth of Dominica are approaching soon, political parties are putting efforts to visit neighboring countries to address the Dominican diaspora residing there. Recently, Prime Minister Dr. Roosevelt Skerrit organized a public meeting in St. Martin and Guadeloupe where he was warmly welcomed by the diaspora.

PM will now move forward with his election campaign and visit the Island of Barbados to address the Dominicans living in the country. The Dominica Labour Party (DLP) candidates will also accompany him through his visit.

Prime Minister will address the Dominican diaspora on Thursday 31st October at 7 pm in Block Rock Cultural Centre, Barbados.

PM Dr. Skerrit's address is expected to be focused around national issues and field questions from Dominicans wanting to participate in the future growth and development of their native land.

Recently, Prime Minister of Dominica, Dr. Roosevelt Skerrit was accorded a warm welcome by members of the Dominican community in the land of neighboring island St. Martin and Guadeloupe. These two public meetings of DLP have been proven a success for the party where the Dominican diaspora gathered in large numbers to support the political party of their native land.

Dr. Skerrit, the PM of Dominica says that the vision of the Dominica Labour Party administration has created a ‘Dominica’ which the people always wanted to have. He says that the country is now fully sufficient in providing good health care and education to its citizens.
