Duncan "Big Lice" Wattley appointed as Director of Foreign Affairs
Duncan "Big Lice" Wattley has been ousted from the post of Director of the Department of People's Empowerment in the Office of Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris.
He has been transferred and appointed to a newly-created post of Director of Foreign Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to sources, the Department of People's Empowerment Department in the Office of Prime Minister Harris is now being run by Myrtilla Williams, the National Secretary in Timothy Harris' People's Labour Party (PLP).
The source said Duncan Wattley was removed because his brother Douglas Wattley, former chairman of the PLP, has become a severe critic of prime minister Harris.
"Harris has allocated millions of dollars to People's Empowerment to be used as handouts in the upcoming elections," said a source, who requested the name not be used.
