18 takes oath in Ministerial expansion in Dominica

The much-awaited expansion of the Cabinet took place in Commonwealth of Dominica after the landslide victory of Dominica Labour Party in General Elections. Party leader and Prime Minister retained his position and also added additional ministries to his portfolio.

The much-awaited expansion of the Cabinet took place in Commonwealth of Dominica after the landslide victory of Dominica Labour Party in General Elections. Party leader and Prime Minister retained his position and also added additional ministries to his portfolio. Dr Roosevelt Skerrit Prime Minister of Dominica, Minister of Finance, Economic Affairs and Investment, Resilience and Sustainable Development, and Telecommunications and Broadcasting. During the oath ceremony in the Windsor Park Stadium at Roseau, several international leaders reached the venue to join newly re-elected Dominica Labour Party’s expansion. Dignitaries included Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Gaston Brown, Prime Minister of Barbados Mia Mottley, Prime Minister of St Vincent and Grenadines Ralph Gonsalves and President of Commonwealth of Dominica.   Along with that 13, Parliamentarian Representatives took oath as Minister of the government and others as Permanent Secretary or Officials with a special or additional charge.
