The victim has been identified as Zyonandon Collin Hope, who is a national of the United States and arrived in the country with his mother two weeks ago. The incident took place on Sunday morning in Briggins. The police reported that it is not yet clear what led the toddler to the swimming pool, which is why they are still investigating the incident. According to the sources, the family of the toddler found him floating in a swimming pool with his face down sometimes after 8 am.
