St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew was thrilled to announce that the United Nations Development Programme has ranked St Kitts and Nevis as the number one CARICOM state in Human Development Index. According to the information, the Human Development Index is a statistical report developed and compiled by the UN to measure various countries’ levels of social and economic development.

While announcing the development, PM Drew said that he watched the growth of the tourism sector and was quite pleased with the actions of the Labour Government.

The Prime Minister reiterated his vows towards the citizens and the country while sharing these amazing results and said that his administration would continue to work toward full recovery, but it was still very hurt by these two very terrible decisions by Team Unity.

Meanwhile, the report comprises countries from all around the globe, with Caribbean countries securing the most positions.
