He is making careful and timely decisions related to the CIP Programme while closely collaborating with the government and regional community.

While striving to upheld and maintain the topmost position of the Saint Lucia CBI Programme, CEO Emmanuel and the government has decided to sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) which is already signed by other OECS CBI nations.

This memorandum calls for common standards and procedures in various areas, including pricing, information sharing, security screening, regulation, dispute resolution, and amendment and termination. With the signing of this MOA, Saint Lucia is strengthening its already best Citizenship by Investment Programme.
