After Dr Douglas threatened Dr Harris to retract or revoke within 48 hrs the comments which he made about Dr Douglas having Dominican citizenship along with a diplomatic passport, it now appears that Dr Douglas threats were innocuous and tame.
Apparently Dr Douglas does not know how long is 48hrs because some two weeks later after the threats he has doubled down on this empty threats and is now blaming his lawyers for misleading him into not suing Dr Harris.
