A lingerie-loving lizard was found resting in a bra after travelling all the way from Barbados to sunny Yorkshire on a transatlantic flight.
The little gecko, now called Barbie, was spotted by Lisa Russell while she was unpacking her suitcase after arriving at her home in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, England

Lisa Russell said she screamed when the "speck" moved as she was unpacking her suitcase[/caption]
Ms Russell said: "As it moved, I started to cry. It's not what you expect to find in your bra after a 4,000-mile journey."
Barbie is now safe in the care of the RSPCA
The returning holidaymaker, who lives in Thrybergh, arrived home on Tuesday and began unpacking her suitcase after vacationing in the Caribbean.
Mrs Russell, 47, saw what she thought was a spot on her bra and shook her underwear, and it was then that she moved the lizard.
"The little lizard was lucky because the bra was on top of my suitcase on my clean pile. Because it was so hot outside, I did not bother to wear it," said the woman.

The tiny female gecko survived the flight but would not last outside in the UK, said the RSPCA[/caption]
Ms Russell has revealed that gecko remained unharmed in her lacy lions despite her sitting on the full suitcase to open it before returning to Yorkshire.
Barbie the lizard, named after the famous doll in the lizard island home, survived 24 hours unresolved in the garment.
An RSPCA inspector has been sent to deal with the little survivor, who appears clueless after his underwear odyssey.

Ms Russell's bra was the perfect place for the lingerie-loving lizard to enjoy the trip from Barbados to Rotherham[/caption]
Sandra Dransfield of the RSPCA said the release of lizards in the UK was illegal because it was a non-native species and "would not survive in our climate".
Gecko was taken in by a specialist reptile master, where she is said to be doing well.
