Dominican PM talks about tourism and coronavirus in new Anou Palay episode

The new episode of Anou Palay- a weekly talk show of Dominican Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit was broadcasted on Saturday where he was joined by authorities of Dominica Association of Industry & Commerce and Dominica Hotel & Tourism Association.
Prime Minister applauded the work being done by these organisations and stated that the respective bodies are responsible for enhancing business economies in the country.
Hans Schilders- President Dominica Hotel and Tourism Association stated that DHTA represents all the tourism stakeholders and anybody working in the tourism industry of the country. He added that despite the fall back because of COVID-19, DHTA is working towards enhancing the sector by bringing more tourism to the country.
Furthermore, Stephen Lander- Representative of Dominica Hotel and Tourism Association stated that due to COVID-19, certain things are changing faster than they used to before and being responsive to those changes is exceptionally significant.
Besides this, Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit stated during answers to the public questions that the government is running back to school program to assist the parents in overcoming the challenges that are faced by parents of a secondary school student.
Moreover, Dr Skerrit advised people not to dump garbage in public places and utilised the dumps built by the government.
