Skerrit applauds Kalinago Chief for being the youngest to hold that position
The Prime Minister said the Government will work with the new Kalinago Chief, and other nearby network pioneers, to proceed with the endeavors at improving the personal satisfaction and growing the financial open doors for the Kalinago individuals.

Prime Minister of Dominica, Dr. Roosevelt Skerrit praised the new Kalinago Chief Lorenzo Sandford for being perhaps the most youthful man to be chosen for this position.
"I want to congratulate Mr. Lorenzo Sanford, who has made history in the Territory by being probably the most youthful man to be chosen as Kalinago Chief. We expect that he will bring new thoughts and another power to the Territory," he expressed.
The Prime Minister said the Government will work with the new Kalinago Chief, and other nearby network pioneers, to proceed with the endeavors at improving the personal satisfaction and growing the financial open doors for the Kalinago individuals.
He distinguished some new activities that will be actualized in the Kalinago Territory in the 2019/2020 financial year.
"The ventures to be actualized in the Kalinago Territory in the 2019/20 money related year will include: The continuation of the small business which will give awards to new and existing private companies, the foundation of an agrarian focus to furnish the ranchers and families with seedlings and other planting materials, the improvement of the specialty business through preparing, promoting and budgetary help to those occupied with its creation," as indicated by the PM.
