Nevis: Yachtsman Grill, a Famous Caribbean restaurant with beautiful beachfront dining, has unveiled a special Valentine's Day menu

The Menu also includes a Sweetheart-shaped pizza with enriched flavours, which will be served to the visitors at 12 PM.
The Regular Menu will also be available with the "sweetheart pizzas."
These delicate and mouth-watery cuisines will be served to the customers with the soulful collection of music by St Kitts and Nevis's well-known singer and Artist Venelle Powell.
Powell's melodious voice is expected to enhance the surrounding environment for couples with the soothing touch of love and romance from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
Here's the complete Valentine's Day Menu for 2024:
STARTERS (Choose one)- Lobster Bruschetta with charred garlic bread, sauce verge
- Garlic Mushroom Soup with Garlic Parmesan crostini, fresh herbs and vegan
- Roasted Beetroot Carpaccio with goat cheese, organic greens and raspberry vinaigrette.
- Butter Poached Atlantic Salmon with spiced mashed potato, asparagus, passion fruit and caper sauce
- Oven Roasted Cornish Hen with grilled sweet potato, glazed carrots and garlic parmesan glaze
- Seared Rosemary Scented Lamb rack with truffle Parmesan fires, greek salad and mustard rhyme sauce
- Vegetable stuffed charred Red Bell Peppers with Tofu Vodka Sauce and basil vegan.
- Raspberry Hearts Cheesecake served with white sauce drizzle and fresh berries
- Chocolate Strawberry cake with red velvet cream and cheese ice cream
- Dairy-Free Ice Cream
