The Minister also stressed on the relations between St Kitts and Nevis and India. He said that as a steadfast friend, India shows the power of such alliances.
"Through diplomatic channels, we gain global partners with significant influence, capable of advocating for us in spaces where our voices may be muted or where we lack voting privileges," he added.Duggins also said that the voice of India amplifies the Federation's, which ensures that their concerns are heard and respected on the international stage.
The Minister further highlighted that in spaces where St Kitts and Nevis cannot cast a vote, India stands as an advocate, championing their causes and representing their interests. "This underscores the critical role diplomatic relations play in navigating global challenges and fostering a collaborative environment that benefits our nation and its people. Here's to the enduring strength of friendships forged through diplomacy," said Duggins. The Indian officials also had a discussion with Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Denzil Douglas, during which both ministers discussed ways to expand both nations' collaboration with each other.
