Dominica: Melissa Skerrit cherishes easter moments with constituents at Pebbles Park
Dominica: Housing Minister Melissa Skerrit was thrilled to celebrate Easter with her family and close friends. She thanked everyone who came together for the event held in Peebles Park over the holiday weekend. While sharing glimpses of the event on her officials Facebook account, “Easter celebrations with the family is always a highlight of the year! Thank you to everyone who came together for the Easter celebrations held in Peebles Park over the holiday weekend. It brings such joy to see our little ones laughing and playing. May the Lord bless you and your family always!”

The event was hosted by the Minister herself as she aimed to engage with her constituents in a fun family event. It took place on Sunday, March 31, 2024 with Melissa Skerrit being an active part of the event and joining it with her daughter.

She also noted that the celebrations at Pebbles Park were a joy and a pleasure, and the little ones brought such happiness and hope throughout the evening.

In addition to this, the event also featured an Easter-themed movie, which was screened on the big screen, and the attendees got popcorn and other treats for free.

The visitors were also entertained by DJ Shil and Miracle the Illusionist, along with an egg hunt, games and face painting. The children also got exciting prizes, which made the event a lot more fun and engaging.
