PM Terrance Drew named as 2023 Person of the Year

The list also mentioned Byron Messia as the Entertainer of the Year and Jahzara Claxton as the Sports Personality of the Year.
Notably, PM Drew was lauded for having a plethora of accomplishments, including being recognized as one of the Top 5 Most Influential and Impactful Leaders in the Caribbean by Caribbean Lifestyle.Besides this, the publishers also mentioned that to PM Drew as "the first and only leader in the Caribbean to make direct payments from the Citizenship by Investment Program to the people of St Kitts and Nevis,".
"In his short time as Prime Minister, he has already delivered an 8% salary increase and two bonuses to Civil Servants, Increased the National Minimum Wage, making it the highest in the Eastern Caribbean, Increased Pensions and provided a $1,000 investment in every child in St Kitts and Nevis," added the Riddim Awards.
St Kitts Nevis Riddim also mentioned that PM Terrance Drew has focused on sustainability with a comprehensive suite of programs towards accomplishing a sustainable island state.These projects are aimed to address various environmental, economic, and social challenges faced by the island, ultimately contributing to its long-term sustainability.
Dr Drew gets 'high marks' and deep support from the people of St Kitts and Nevis for his trademark ability to show care and consistently demonstrate empathy and genuine concern for the well-being of all.
He has introduced significant changes since he assumed office, which aimed at the betterment of people.
