As the first airline rating service entirely based on independently verified passenger feedback, APEX created the Official Airline Ratings to capture the voice of passengers worldwide.
Having earned the prestigious 'Four-Star' rating, Caribbean Airlines further solidifies its position as a world-class airline dedicated to delivering an enhanced customer experience, superior service levels and top-notch products.During the annual APEX/IFSA Awards ceremony on Wednesday, Caribbean Airlines and other significant airline rating recipients with four and five stars were honoured and recognised.
The APEX Official Airline Ratings were developed based on neutral, third-party passenger feedback and insights gathered as a result of APEX's partnership with TripIt from Concur, the world's most highly rated travel-planning app, and the APEX Official Airline Ratings are available on the APEX website.
Using a five-star rating system, approximately one million flights from more than 600 airlines from around the world were reviewed by passengers for consideration in the 2022 awards programme. Independent certification of the APEX Official Airline Ratings was provided by a skilled outside auditing firm.
"We are incredibly pleased to learn that our guests have given us such positive feedback," Caribbean Airlines CEO Garvin Medera remarked in response to this latest milestone. Our customers are at the heart of all we do here at American Airlines. Customers have expressed appreciation for our efforts to improve the travel experience, and this award serves as a source of motivation and confirmation that we are making progress. Despite the fact that we are the number one regional airline, we are committed to providing excellent customer service."
