The groundbreaking ceremony for the multi-million dollar EO LeBlanch Highway rehabilitation project.
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit was in attendance in Macoucherie to mark the occasion.
The work, on the route between Portsmouth and Roseau, was funded by a grant from the Chinese government.
