St Kitts and Nevis: The Public Works Department (PWD) of St Kitts will be conducting a property condition survey over the next few weeks. The survey will be shown along St Peters Main Road and FT Williams Highway East.

The primary aim of the survey is to assess the condition of the properties before any demolition work begins on the road rehabilitation project.

While informing the general public and urging them to assist in this matter, the department said, "Please be informed that the Public Works Department will conduct a property condition survey over the next few weeks for the properties within 100 ft of St. Peters Main Road and FT Williams Highway East."

The Public Works Department said that they request every resident's cooperation in allowing the survey team to access their property to conduct the survey. The team will be carrying identification and will also follow all safety protocols.
"If you have any questions or concerns regarding the survey, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your cooperation," noted the department.

The St Peters Road rehabilitation project is a highly anticipated project which will commence soon and mark a significant infrastructure development in the country.

The St. Peters Road rehabilitation project is an extensive endeavour, encompassing the resurfacing of the road from the roundabout by the R. L. Bradshaw International Airport along the F.T. Williams Highway, passing the Shadwell roundabout to New Road, and concluding at Ogees.

In addition to resurfacing, the project will also include the installation of sidewalks and road safety studs, commonly known as cat's eyes, with the aim of bringing the road up to international standards.

The Public Works Department is working hard to bring this project to reality, which will eventually benefit the residents residing across the St. Peters Main Road and the neighbouring areas.

This road rehabilitation project is part of the incumbent government's commitment to ease the citizens and benefit the country as a whole.
