Police investigating 26th murder in St Lucia this year
Body of a man discovered on beach yesterday morning

The death of a 49-year-old man is being investigated by St Lucia police.
Pierrot Viuex Fort resident Moses Clovis, also known as The Mole, was found dead on Boriel Beach yesterday.
Six people have been taken into custody over the discovery.
WIC News have been unable to confirm local reports that police are interviewing children about the crime.“Officers attached to the Vieux Fort Police Station received a report of a suspicious death, about 11.55am on Sunday, 28,” police said in a statement.
“The lifeless body of Moses Clovis was discovered in a rocky area along the seafront, with multiple apparent bruises.”
The date of a post-mortem is yet to be announced.
Investigations into the death are ongoing.
This is St Lucia’s 26th reported murder in 2017, and follows the killing of two last week – including an eight-month-old baby.Latest
