PM Drew, wife Diani Prince host special dinner for 25 Most Remarkable Teens

St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew, along with his wife Diani Jimesha Prince Drew, hosted a special dinner to recognize the 25 Most Remarkable Teens (of the 2023 cohort) in the Federation.The dinner was hosted for the brilliant and vibrant young men and women of St Kitts and Nevis who were recognized for their huge achievements last year in various fields. While sharing glimpses of the event on his official Facebook account, PM Drew said that the attendees engaged in frank and fruitful discussions with him on various issues which touch and concern the youth of St Kitts and Nevis. “It is always enlightening to listen to their perspectives and ideas, as they are instrumental to building the Federation of tomorrow,” he added. The Prime Minister also encouraged the citizens to join him in encouraging the youths to establish positive and uplifting lives. Every year, the Government of St Kitts and Nevis recognizes youth as it believes that from innovators to activists, artists to athletes, every extraordinary teen deserves recognition. Last year, 25 individuals were honoured during a huge ceremony held on November 27, 2023.The 25 Most Remarkable Teens ceremony is one of the highlights of the annual observance of Youth Month. The profiles of the awardees are read by other young people, and the awards are presented by Members of the Federal Parliament (MPs) from the Government and Opposition benches.The recipients were recognized for their achievements and actions in a number of categories, including entrepreneurship, technology, leadership, visual arts, sports, academics, volunteerism and youth activism.The individuals who were recognized as the 25 Most Remarkable Teens last year and who attended the special dinner hosted by PM Drew are as follows:
