Murder probe after man found dead in Antigua
Suffered multiple stab wounds, say police

Police in Antigua re investigating the circumstances surrounding the murder of a 53-year-old man.
Carlos Ollivierre, of Golden Grove, was discovered dead at his farm on Thursday night.
According to local reports, the victim left home at around 6am on Thursday morning to go to the farm, which is located just off Jonas Road.
It was further reported that after he never showed up at home later that evening, family members became concerned and went in search of him, said the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda.
“His body was found lying on the ground inside a shed, with what appeared to be multiple stab wounds to his back,” an official statement from the police said.
“District doctor, Dr Gilbert Charles, arrived on the scene and pronounced his body dead around 11.10pm.”
Police are appealing to the public for assistance to solve this matter.
