"You have probably seen this new two-storey concrete structure located in the heart of Roseau. This newly constructed home was built for Gaddafi who previously lived under tarpaulin after Hurricane Maria. He now boasts of a new climate-resilient three-bedroom home. Gaddafi's Rastafarian belief is on full display with the signature Ites, gold and green colours he chose for his residence. This home is a continuation of the Housing Revolution for private residences in Roseau Central." the Facebook post added.
