Man, 27, gunned down in St Kitts and Nevis

Police in St Kitts and Nevis are investigating the murder of a 27-year-old man on Saturday night.
Theon Audain was shot at the junction of Wigley Avenue and Union Street on St Kitts at about 11.30pm.
Three people – described only as juveniles by police – have been taken into custody.
His death is the 22nd reported murder in the federation this year. The previous two years each saw 30 murders.
The incident happened after a carnival troupe had been launched.
“While there alone, someone or some persons fired several shots at him.,” said the Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force in a statement.
“He was struck multiple times about the body and died at the scene. Dr Reginald O'Loughlin was summoned. He pronounced Audain dead.
“The scene was processed, and several items of evidential value were taken into police custody.”
The latest murder comes only a week after Lincoln Liburd, 56, was killed in shooting on Nevis.Latest
