Antigua police charge second man over Richards murder

A second man has been charged by police in Antigua and Barbuda over the killing of Charlesworth Richards Jr in June.
Dorian Marshall, 38 and of Donovans, has been connected with the death, which occurred in Ras Freeman, Liberta.
He is expected to appear in court this week.
Last month Shalom Bailey, 24, was charged with murdering Richards, 42.That charge was second murder charge for Bailey in 2017. In August he was jointly charged with the murder of Xavier Thomas.
The 20-year-old was killed during a drive-by shooting.
The brother of murder victim Charlesworth Richards Jr has been missing since last March.
Sources have told WIC News that they fear that Charlesworth Franklyn Richards is now dead.Latest
