One more tests positive for Coronavirus in Saint Lucia, total cases now 37

Saint Lucia: Another person has tested positive for coronavirus in Saint Lucia, the health ministry confirmed the person as a 43-year-old man from Gros-Islet. The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Saint Lucia is now thirty-seven.
Health Ministery officials stated that the newly positive coronavirus case is the contact identified from case number thirty-three and thirty-four. The patient is currently placed in quarantine at the Respiratory Hospital.
Health Ministry declared that all efforts are being made to control the spread of coronavirus in the country. As per the officials, contact-tracing of all the identified cases is being conducted to lower the infection rate in the country, which is currently at 36.
Officials asked people to give their support to the authorities and follow health-guidelines as issued by the ministry.
The declaration by the health ministry advises people to wear a face mask in public spaces, follow floor markers in public places to ensure the required physical distance from one another, wash and sanitize hands frequently, seek medical assistance in case of cold or flu. The health ministry also stated that in case if there are no floor marks at a public space, then one must keep a two-arm distance from each other.
