Pakistan halts flights to and from China as coronavirus death toll rises

Pakistan on Friday stopped flights to and from China with quick impact, an ordinary aeronautics official stated, as the loss of life from an infection flare-up spreading in China mounted and the World Health Organization considered it a worldwide wellbeing crisis.

"We are suspending flights to China until Feb 2," extra secretary of aeronautics Abdul Sattar Khokhar told Reuters by telephone, including the circumstance would be assessed after that date.

He declined to remark on the explanation behind the conclusion.

A few carriers, including British Airways, have suspended flights to China because of warnings of the coronavirus flare-up.
