Dr Henderson added that he is excited to take on this new responsibility and contribute to the development of his constituency and, by extension, the country. "I am looking forward to serving in Cabinet and hope to be able to contribute in a way that will benefit and improve the people of the Grand Bay Constituency and Dominica as a whole." I've already had the opportunity to serve in a variety of positions." Dr Henderson won the Grand Bay by-elections on November 26, winning 1211 votes.
