Head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, Ambassador Emmanuel Nanthan credited CS Global Partners as a major architect in the marketing of CBI Programme of Commonwealth of Dominica.
Nanthan boasted the success of Dominica’s CBIP an outcome of a strong market and extensive marketing. “Along with other private meetings conducted by the developers, we have continued to have CS Global as our marketing partner, who handles most of the programme’s marketing across the world.”
He noted that they keep on investing wholeheartedly in leading their due diligence to ensure that the program doesn't get affected because of negative publicity.
While talking about issues, Emmanuel Nanthan said that they are currently facing several issues right now. “There are various issues at present, for instance, the issues with Iran; thus we are attempting to ensure that our due diligence keeps on the top, so we have put a prohibition on Iranians who live and additionally work in Iran. We do manage Iranians yet just the individuals who live outside of Iran and have their income coming outside of Iran throughout the previous ten years.”
According to Ambassador, developments taking place all over the island keeps investors and potential clients’ appeal towards Dominica.
“We were satisfied and pleased to be appraised as the world's best CBI programme throughout the previous three years by a renowned firm, for example, the Financial Times of London. We have seen them coming to Dominica a couple of times in the most recent year, and they have been exceptionally intrigued with what has been going on.
Moreover, he said that when they (International organisations) see what has been going on in Dominica from the hotels to the houses to the NEP and the work we are doing in keeping nature clean, and they are pleased to be related with Dominica and its programme," Nanthan expressed.
He proceeded to thank the staff, operators and the engineers for their work in ensuring an effective programme.
Nanthan concluded mentioning that Dominica is celebrating 27 years of CBI programme in Dominica this year and there are a lot of development people can see that is going on in the country with the CBI monies, on one side five-star hotels are opening. On the other hand, free houses are being distributed to families who suffered losses due to natural disasters.
