St Kitts-Nevis: Appeal Court to hear 38 cases on November 4

Around 38 cases will be heard by the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal when its sits at the Sir Lee Llewellyn Moore Judicial and Legal Services Complex here on November 4, 2019
According to the St Lucia-based Court of Appeal Registry of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, the Preliminary Cause List was finalized on October 15.
The panel of judges will hear six High Court Criminal Appeals, three Magisterial Criminal Appeals, seven High Court Civil Appeals and 22 Magisterial Civil Appeals.
The Appeal Court Registry did not indicate whether judgments will be handed down in cases already heard.
