Police investigate mysterious death of UK couple in Carriacou
According to the reports, police visited the site and observed the dead bodies lying on the beach. The victims, David John Foster, aged 76 and his wife, Rosaline Foster, aged 77, were on the island for a vacation.

The police officers in Carriacou are investigating the death of a British couple whose dead bodies were found on L'Esterre Paradise Beach. The incident, which took place on Saturday, has sent shockwaves across the island.
According to the reports, police visited the site and observed the dead bodies lying on the beach. The victims, David John Foster, aged 76 and his wife, Rosaline Foster, aged 77, were on the island for a vacation. David was pronounced dead on the scene by a medical doctor, while Foster was rushed to the Princess Royal Hospital, Carriacou, where she was examined and pronounced dead by medical officials. The initial reports revealed that the husband passed away as the couple was enjoying the well-known beach on the island. The wife who made an effort to help him also collapsed on the scene after a few minutes, following which other people on the beach called the police officials for help.The death of the couple, who hailed from the United Kingdom, is regarded as mysterious because the cause is yet unknown. An investigation has been launched into the incident by the police officials, and a post-mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of their deaths.
The police officials also said that they will update the general public at the earliest.
The residents and citizens had expressed their shock at this incident and said that the couple's death comes at a time when the island was already thrown in a state of shock following the murder of a 14-year-old female student who was allegedly killed by her stepfather.The citizens have expressed their concern and are urging the authorities to take necessary actions.
"WTF!! Like Carriacou has a curse!! RIP to these people," wrote a user named Judy Anthony, while another user named Ai Saw Samuel said, "So sad. What is really happening to Carriacou and Grenada, boi?! Things are getting worse."
