PM Harris congratulates re-elected PM of Dominica, Dr Roosevelt Skerrit
The Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis Dr Timothy Harris offered his congratulations to the re-elected Prime Minister of Commonwealth of Dominica, Dr Roosevelt Skerrit and members of his government
After the landslide victory of Dominica Labour Party, the international leadership congratulated Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit on his successful campaign.
Following the same, the Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis Dr Timothy Harris offered his congratulations to the re-elected Prime Minister of Commonwealth of Dominica, Dr Roosevelt Skerrit and members of his government. PM Skerrit was sworn into the office for a fifth consecutive term on last Saturday, December 7th, 2019.
Making it a historical win in political history of Dominica, Dominica Labour Party led by PM Skerrit secured 18 seats out of total 21 on election day, December 6th.
“My Cabinet colleagues and I extend best wishes to Prime Minister Skerrit and his government, and I convey our strong desire to continue working together in advancing both our nations’ efforts and commitments to our people, as well as those of the OECS and CARICOM,” Prime Minister Harris said this week.
